Help at the machines.
Simple guidance for our self-service machines and for getting better laundry results. Staff help when available, and the posted store rules cover the basics.
Using the machines
- Follow the payment instructions displayed on the machine.
- Select an appropriate cycle.
- Add detergent, load without overfilling, and press Start.
- Follow the display or ask our team.
Common issues
- Didn’t start? Check payment and press the final Start button.
- Still damp? Heavy items may need more drying time.
- Found laundry? Turn it in at the counter.
Better results
- Do not overload.
- Follow detergent and care labels.
- Separate colors and fabric types.
- Use mesh bags for delicates.
