Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website, so we can keep it useful. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_…) and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We also count a few actions on the site: when you tap the phone number, the email address or a directions link, and when you send one of the request forms. We record that the action happened, not what you wrote.

The contact form
When you send the contact form, what you enter (name, email, optional phone number, the service you need, your message and any pickup details) is delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, under its own terms.
Pickup and commercial requests
When you send the pickup or commercial request form, what you enter (for a pickup: address, preferred date, time of day, number of bags, phone number and notes; for commercial service: business type, laundry amount and type, pickup days, business name and phone number) is delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit, the same form-to-email service the contact form uses. If you call or text us instead, that goes straight to the store phone.
Links to other sites
Directions open Google Maps, and our social links open Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Sale and sharing of information
Princeton Laundry does not sell personal information to third parties for money.
To run this website, some information is processed by the service providers described above: Google, for website analytics, and FormSubmit, which delivers contact, pickup and commercial form messages to our email inbox. Each handles that information under its own terms.
How long we keep messages
We keep messages you send us through this website, including form emails and any text messages you send us, for 12 months. Google Analytics data is kept according to the data retention setting of our Google Analytics account.
Children
This website and our services are not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the website, email us at princetonlaundrytexas@gmail.com and we will review it.
What we don't use
This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Its fonts and images are served from this website.
